Track 3 invites kids to slow down just enough to reconnect with their bodies before turning the energy back up. The track begins with simple, kid-friendly yoga poses designed to improve focus, posture, and balance while encouraging calm breathing and body awareness. These moments help children feel grounded, tall, and ready—like strong trees or steady surfers waiting for the perfect wave.

As confidence builds, the track gradually shifts into more dynamic movements. Kids challenge their stability with Rocking Board exercises, creating big waves in the water as they shift their weight from side to side. This playful instability strengthens the legs and core while keeping kids fully engaged through imagination and movement.

The energy continues to rise with Squat Jumps inspired by surfers, encouraging kids to bend, explode upward, and land softly with control. These powerful movements build lower-body strength, coordination, and confidence—while still feeling like a game rather than a workout.

Just like in the warm-up, kids get the chance to jump into the water and switch boards, adding excitement, laughter, and a social break that keeps motivation high.

By the end of Track 3, kids feel focused, energized, and empowered, having improved their posture and concentration before tackling more intense challenges in a fun, safe, and supportive environment.
