AQUA STAND UP® KIDS #22
Welcome to AQUA STAND UP® KIDS #22, a fun, dynamic water workout specially designed for kids ages 7 and up. This playful 30-minute class turns movement into an exciting experience where children can jump in the water , bounce, balance, and move freely on the AQUA STAND UP® while enjoying upbeat, energizing music. The focus is on having fun first, while naturally developing coordination, balance, strength, and body awareness.
The class is structured into 7 short, engaging tracks, each with a clear theme and simple movement patterns that keep kids motivated and involved from start to finish. Jumping and bouncing on the AQUA STAND UP® or even in the water to refresh themselves, allows children to release energy in a safe and controlled way, while improving agility, core stability, and confidence. Movements are easy to follow, adaptable to all levels, and designed to encourage creativity and self-expression.
KIDS creates a positive, active environment where kids feel successful, energized, and excited to move. It’s the perfect introduction to functional training through play—helping children build healthy movement habits while laughing, jumping, and having fun together on the board, splashing water!

Lesson 01: Warm Up
This track will bring extra joy to the kids, inviting them to warm up their bodies progressively and confidently. They’ll also have the opportunity to jump in the water and switch boards with other kids, which adds a playful, social element that will be a particularly fun part of the track.

Lesson 02: Lower Body
Track 2 invites kids into a fun and imaginative balance adventure designed to strengthen the lower body while improving coordination and focus. Using playful challenges and easy-to-follow cues, children explore a variety of one-leg balance exercises that activate the feet, ankles, calves, thighs, and glutes—all while staying safe and supported by the water.

Lesson 03: Fun Board #1
Track 3 invites kids to slow down just enough to reconnect with their bodies before turning the energy back up. The track begins with simple, kid-friendly yoga poses designed to improve focus, posture, and balance while encouraging calm breathing and body awareness.

Lesson 04: Sup Yoga
Track 4 brings the energy into a calmer, more focused space where kids can slow down, stretch, and connect with their bodies through fun and accessible yoga poses. This track is designed to improve posture, balance, and body awareness while helping children feel strong, steady, and in control on their AQUA STAND UP® board.

Lesson 05: Fun Board #2
Track 5 is all about imagination, laughter, and high-energy fun as kids transform into zombies on the water. This playful track invites them to act, move, and groove like silly (not scary!) zombies while staying active on their AQUA STAND UP® boards.

Lesson 06: Core Kids
Track 6 takes kids straight into the heart of the ocean, where they become fearless surfers ready to ride powerful waves. With the theme “Surfing in a Hurricane,” this track uses imagination and movement to create an exciting, high-energy surfing adventure on the AQUA STAND UP® board.

Lesson 07: Cooldown
You have two options for this cooldown. You can use track 11 from Energy #22 (If We Were Vampires), following the preset routine, or you can choose the selected track (Surfing Taghazout) and be free to create your own personalized stretching sequence.
