AQUATIC & BALANCE FITNESS EDUCATION
A DIFFERENT APPROACH TO FITNESS INSTRUCTOR CERTIFICATION
Looking to expand your skills as a fitness professional? LEVEL FITNESS offers online and in-person instructor certification through two distinctive training experiences: AQUA STAND UP® for water-based fitness and B-BOARD® for land-based balance and instability training.
For aqua fitness and aquatic professionals, AQUA STAND UP® offers a different approach to water fitness instructor training—combining balance, functional movement, yoga, Pilates and mindful movement on a floating board.
For personal trainers and group fitness instructors, B-BOARD® introduces purposeful instability to land-based training, creating new possibilities for balance, strength and functional movement.
Both certification pathways are available online worldwide, with hands-on training also available for facilities implementing the programs.
WHY BECOME AN INSTRUCTOR?
MORE THAN A CERTIFICATION. AN EXPERIENCE TO SHARE.
Becoming an AQUA STAND UP® or B-BOARD® instructor is about more than learning exercises. It's about learning how to create an experience that challenges, engages and connects people through movement.
You'll learn how to use purposeful instability to bring a new dimension to fitness, balance and mindful movement—while developing the confidence to make the experience your own.
LEARN: Understand the principles behind the LEVEL FITNESS Method® and how to apply them.
EXPERIENCE: Practice the movements and discover how purposeful instability changes the way the body moves.
TEACH: Learn how to safely guide, adapt and progress the experience for different participants.
INSPIRE: Bring something distinctive to your clients, classes, facility or community.
LEARN IT. EXPERIENCE IT. TEACH IT. MAKE IT YOURS.
