  • Access the complete AQUA STAND UP® training directly online — anytime, anywhere. The course is self-paced, allowing you to learn at your own rhythm. You’ll review key chapters including:

    Each module is structured to help you master the foundations, safety techniques, and teaching skills needed to lead fun, challenging, and safe AQUA STAND UP® classes.

    If preferred, an on-site training course can also be organized at your facility. Please note that Trainer travel and accommodations are not included in the course fee.

  • After completing the online course, you’ll take a quiz of 30 questions and must score at least 25 correct answers to move forward. Next, you’ll learn a few tracks and submit a teaching video filmed in a pool setting with real participants. Our team will evaluate your technique, safety cues, energy, and connection with the group.

    If approved, you’ll receive your digital AQUA STAND UP® Instructor Certification by email.
    Certifications are valid for one year and must be renewed annually by submitting a new video of three tracks for assessment.

  • We’re here to help you every step of the way! Certified instructors enjoy unlimited support via email, video chats, phone calls, and a dedicated WhatsApp group. This community allows you to stay connected with your Trainer, share ideas with other instructors, ask questions, and receive quick feedback whenever you need it.

  • As a certified AQUA STAND UP® instructor, you’ll gain access to professional marketing materials — including photos, videos, and official logos — to promote your classes, attract participants, and grow your community.

  • Certified instructors are proudly featured on our LEVEL FITNESS website. This online directory helps participants find your classes, builds credibility, and promotes your expertise as a certified AQUA STAND UP® professional.

By achieving these objectives, the Level Fitness Trainer Program aims to produce exceptional fitness trainers who are equipped to lead, educate, and inspire others on their fitness journeys, ultimately contributing to a healthier and more active society.

Certification does not include access to the AQUA STAND UP® Library, which contains Workout Editions with videos, scripts, and playlists.

Your AQUA STAND UP® certification is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. To keep your certification active, instructors must subscribe to the Annual Renewal — $150/year, which includes a short assessment and content updates.

  • Anyone with a passion for fitness and movement can join! While a background in fitness instruction, group exercise, or aquatic training is helpful, it’s not mandatory. Our courses are designed to guide you step-by-step toward becoming a confident, certified instructor.

  • The training is fully online and self-paced, so you can complete it at your own rhythm. Some participants finish in a single day, while others prefer to spread it out over several days. The flexibility makes it easy to fit the course into any schedule — learn when and where it’s most convenient for you.

  • Yes. LEVEL FITNESS certifications are recognized by partner facilities and fitness professionals worldwide.

  • The $290 fee gives you full access to the online training platform, which includes detailed lessons, instructional videos, and structured chapters to make learning easy and engaging. After completing the online modules, you’ll take a short quiz (Step #1).

    You’ll also receive access to a selection of workout tracks from one Edition — complete with videos, scripts, and playlists. Your next step is to learn three tracks and submit a video of yourself teaching them to real participants. This helps us evaluate your coaching, cueing, and group interaction.

    Once your video is reviewed, you’ll receive personalized feedback and a final decision on your certification. If approved, you’ll receive your digital LEVEL FITNESS Instructor Certificate.

    Please note: Access to the AQUA STAND UP® or B-BOARD® Library (monthly or yearly subscription, cancel anytime) is not included in the course fee.

  • Yes. Your certification is valid for 12 months. To continue as an Active Certified Instructor, you must purchase the Annual Certification Renewal — $150/year subscription, which includes a short online update assessment. Certification becomes inactive if not renewed.

  • Yes, we offer both in-person and virtual certification formats, depending on your location and availability.

  • After certification, instructors will need access to the official AQUA STAND UP® board or B-BOARD®, along with the corresponding instructor music and class content provided by LEVEL FITNESS.
