ABOUT AQUA STAND UP®

  • AQUA STAND UP® can be adapted to different fitness levels and goals. The floating board creates a unique water-based balance experience, with workouts ranging from functional fitness and strength to yoga, Pilates and mindful movement.

  • AQUA STAND UP® is primarily designed for swimming pools and controlled aquatic environments. For safety, always use the board in appropriate water conditions and follow the recommended setup and anchoring guidelines.

  • Yes. AQUA STAND UP® is inflatable and designed for convenient setup, transport and storage. Follow the recommended inflation instructions provided with your equipment.

  • No. You can keep your AQUA STAND UP® board inflated between sessions when you have suitable storage space. Deflating it makes transportation and compact storage easier.

ABOUT B-BOARD®

  • B-BOARD® requires only a small training area. Allow enough clear space around the board to move safely and perform exercises such as squats, lunges, planks, strength training, yoga and Pilates.

  • Yes. B-BOARD® can be used on suitable flat surfaces indoors or outdoors, including grass and other training areas. Its portable inflatable design makes it easy to take your balance workout almost anywhere.

  • B-BOARD® workouts can be adapted through exercise selection, pace and intensity—from balance and mindful movement to more dynamic strength and fitness sessions. Start with basic movements and progress gradually, following the setup and safety instructions provided with your board.
